We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking your masterclass or tour experience.

Cancellation Terms

More than 15 days before tour start date:

  • Full refund available (100% of payment)
  • No cancellation fees applied
  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days

15 days or less before tour start date:

  • Partial refund available (50% of payment)
  • 50% cancellation fee applies
  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days

Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests must be received in writing (email preferred)
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • All cancellation requests are subject to confirmation
  • Tours may be cancelled due to weather conditions or insufficient bookings – in such cases, full refunds will be provided
  • No-shows or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the full payment

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your tour:

  • Requests made more than 15 days in advance: No additional fees
  • Requests made within 15 days: Subject to availability and 50% rescheduling fee

Force Majeure

In cases of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies), we will work with participants to reschedule or provide appropriate refunds on a case-by-case basis.
